Micromax mobiles - Micromax Andheri (Tammana) center has misplaced my canvas 2 phone.

I have deposited my micromax canvas 2 phone at andheri east micromax center, they told me it will take some time to rectify issue and i”ll get sms confirmation to come & collect the phone once done.

I got the sms next day itself when I visited micromax center they told me to come after 3 days to collect phone with some issue after that day I have visited more than 6 times & every time they came up with some excuses. on my 4th visit they tried to give me some other phone when I opposed they told me it was mistake and person who looks is on leave i.e it happened plz come after 3 day and collect your handset. next time they told me phone is sent to borivali center for imei purpose as they have changed the motherboard I spoke to customer service and told them that I doubt my phone is misplaced and center employees are giving excuses, representative on call (Micromax Call support) sent me some reference sms and ask me to visit again after 3 days, I did that as well I visited micromax center 2 days ago and they accepted that they have misplaced my phone and attempting to enquire in all the micromax center of mumbai to see if they find my phone else they will give me replacement, to be honest my phone has minor issue of but they will give me any used handset against it. Can you guys help me in this regards its there mistake and they should provide me new phone as they have misplaced my phone. Pls help me .
