Your official in meerut do not have even basic etiquittes to deal with the customer. I simple asked the service provider for the time he could come n see the fault in water purifier but he was talking all trash.(your official said: MAIN KYA KHANA BANANE AAUN AAPK GHAR...
I replied: THIS IS OUR DRINKING WATER N OFF COURSE NEEDED IN COOKING).
YOU PEOPLE KINDLY GRANT THEM SOME BRAINSS......I AM POSTING HIS CONTACT NUMBER ....0********85.....I REPEAT 0********85(MEERUT). RIDICULUOS DISAPPOINTING

today i called for service of my kent pride RO. immediately after seeing the RO, he said that membraine will have to be replaced. when I told him that 4 months back only, i have got it changed. he said that ok.. i will see. after some time, he again told that TDS is not coming to the required and the membraine will have to be replaced alongwith filter. this is just ridiculous. I paid Rs. 4050 just 4 months back only. again i have to pay it. is not it too costly to maintain. whenever, i have called for my Kent service, immediately they say that the membraine, filter etc. will have to be changed.

I have booked for servicing of my RO which was purchased on last year dated 20-04-2016 and it is in AMC. The technician of Kent Ro Mr. Jitender (Mob no. ********11) visited to my home and asked to show AMC paper. He checked the paper and said that your m/c is 14 months old and the filter candle of the m/c is choked now. He asked to replace it which was costing Rs 3700/- without checking my Kent RO system.

Kindly look into the matter as RO is within AMC and filter candle cannot be spoilt so fast.

A person named AMAN (********37)came and changed the filters when i was not at home he has taken Rs. 900 and when i am calling him he said i will not come unless he will get call from Ms. Neha in her company (mobile no. ********55). Please send a resolution my RO is not working.

The complaint mechanism is shoddy.My RO has been out of order for two days but there is no one to even register the complaint.
The complaint cell in NOIDA is most untrustworthy.
