My policy no is ********2. branch code 83A. Plan no is 149/44/08. Policy was mature on Feb-2013. it is fully paid up and I have taken I loan against it. On maturity time vest. Bonus Rs. 27900 was not paid till date.
I have visited the branch and contact manager NITABEN for so many time but till today there is no result in it….
Name of policy Holder is NIRMALABEN V DHYANI. She is my mother. I am nominee of policy holder.
