Nokia India - manufacturing defect in Nokia mobile

I purchased aC-3-01NOKIA mobile for rs 8130 from an authorised outlet in Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi.It initially developed a problem within six months and had to be repaired. In feb 12 it was given to NOKIA for repairs for a second time because of entry of fluid in the mobile..Since entry of fluid is not covered in the warranty,I had to pay Rs 1500 to get it repaired even though the warranty had not yet expired. I was also advised to pay another RS500and get the warranty extended by another year. In Jul 2012 the mob was again detected with fluid entry. This happened despite all precautions being taken to protect the mobile against fluid entry by keeping it in a mob case and not exposing it to any liquid.

Such a repetitive defect can only be attributed either to a manufacturing defect or carelessness at the time when Nokia repaired it for the same defect in Feb 12. I am now being told by NOKIA to whom I referred the case three weeks ago that I have to pay another Rs1500 to get the mob repaired. This in effect means that I will have paid Rs3500 towards repairs of the mobile in just over one year because I was sold a defective peice or because of the careless handling by NOKIA when the mob was repaired in FEB12.

My mob has been deposited for repairs three weeks ago and NOKIA is not accepting my repeated requests to replace this mob which obviously had a manufacturing defeCt tand I am being e early harassed and denied the use of my mobile for such a long time. My rePeated requests for the contact details of a senior management official of NOKIA to enable me to bring the case t o his notice have been denied on The plea that this is a security risk
.
In all fairrness NOKIA must replace this defective mob without further delay.
