Tata Motors - Manufacturing Defect

I purchased a Indica eV2 on 5th May 2013 from Manakular Motors, Pondichery and registered as PY02 M8550. During a trip on 23rd June 2013 the rear wind shield was busted automatically while driving. Next day I went to the nearest TATA Motors Showroom at Hospet, Bellay District, Karnataka to lodge the complaint. Since then the vehicle is parked at Bhagyodaya Motors, Hospet.

As the vehicle is just one and half month old, and this incident took place due to manufacturing defect/substandard quality material used, I need the replacement of the part and service at free of cost.
