I had booked AC sleeper bus ticket(no CY60TA with advance credit card payment 650rs),seat no 1, from mumbai to pune using makemytrip.com on 13/09/09, travel date was 14/09/09-service provider was Girikand Travels. Travel manager Sandeep from girikand called up & told they don’t run any sleeper service, he don’t know why makemytrip is showing that option on their site. They told several times to remove that booking option from their site to makemytrip. Anyhow he will provide a shared non-AC cab at specified time. After that cab driver Prahlad (+********8252) called up & asked me to come early 2:30AM,30 mins prior to scheduled time. He told not to come to int. airport the specified boarding point. He would suggest a appropriate boarding point , during the morning time. Because he was staying somewhere on the way to airport. I agreed because there was no other option, as I made an advance online paymet .So started my journey towards airport @2AM. Tried calling Prahlad,no response at all o,made almost 47 unsuccessful attempts to reach him.
Went to the designated boarding point,int. airport Mumbai.Contacted one Girikand’s Innova cab no- 4463, driver named Rakesh,he was scheduled for someone else,he denied for any help.
Contacted makemytrip exec. Gaurav at 2.20am on 14/09/09. Call lasted 31.28 mins.....he expressed helplessness to help,as he deals with air tickets.....noone was there to take care of bus tickets....noone was responding at Girikand\'s office....

Complainant's Goal: To stop makemytrip from fooling people + to get compensation for the harrasment
