I wrote to them again and again but to no avail. Despite repeated reminders and messages on their site they didnt respond clearly. Everytime there was a response that said next week.

Finally I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money as they were postponing it again and again.

to add to this they also cancel my account so i cannot log in and ask for a response.

So i responded:

Thank you for cancelling my order. It seems that you have also cancelled my account as I cannot log in.
Please complete the other formalities then: 'In case of refund by Bank Draft the Make My Hobby will charge Rs.55 towards Draft making charges and postage' as per Terms of Use page.
This was what was stated by you in mail dated Fri 2/11/2011 4:34 PM "if you want refund we are happy to refund by Bank Draft by deducting Rs.55 as DD making and postage charges."
