We had approached the MailTranscripts company for procuring transcripts from University of Mumbai. We spoke to the support team and told them clearly that we do not have FYBsc and SYBsc marksheet. The support team assured us that these marksheets are not required and as they have direct tie-up with the University. We insisted them to have a look at our document before we do the payment. However they insisted us that we do the payment first. As soon as we did the payment, they told us that they need FYBsc and SYBsc marksheet without which they will not go ahead. I asked them if they could help us getting the marksheet from my college. They just denied. I told them that since I don't have the marksheet and you are not helping me here, I don't think I can use their service as I won't get my transcript. They can my request and charged my Rs 500 for it. This is a fraud. They are not ready to review before the payment and after the payment they don't want to work. They get easy 500 Rs. Anyways they are charging 6k for a 100 Rs job.
