I had purchased Mahindra TUV 300 and for the same I had deposisted Rf Rs 9,20,000/-. I got a refund of Rs 20576/- against advance which I had paid from my account, The check was issued in the name of Bank from where I had taken the loan.
Sir I had given the advance from my account and hence the cheque should have been in my name. So I request u to please the cheque in my name.
