On 13 Nov 2016 I had participated in Mileathone 2016 at Renaissance ,Palarivattom -Cochin . The one factor that attracted me to your event was the hope that I could get proper mileage test of my Mahindra KUV 100.
Unfortunately I was dissatisfied with the entire event.Even though you had come with a good idea, sorry to say it was terribly conducted and a complete waste of time. Moreover I was at the receiving end of very poor response from your customer service team.
The following are the main issues that I faced:
· The result of the mileage test of my vehicle was 35 km per litre. This is an unbelievable result for a sensible person.Mileage testing parameters used by you guys strongly felt to be wrong.For further justification ,two weeks before I had done mileage test at TVS Mahindra Kudanoor Cochin and the result was 18.5 km per litre. Your service engineer had done for me the test that day.
· It was promised from the part of event managers that the fuel consumed for getting the test done will be compensated through refill of petrol by Mahindra. My vehicle had covered 70km for the test and approximately consumed 3.7 litres. But I was compensated with petrol of only Rs.70/-.
· The response from the part of customer service team was really bad. My queries and concerns during test time were not cleared by them. After the event the stickers that were stuck on my car were not removed by the Mahindra team. I had to go through the trouble of finding another dealer to get it removed. After the event I had complained about my dissatisfaction but it was not properly registered. They responded in a lazy and rude manner. Verbally they said after one week they will perform retest for my vehicle. But till now I have not got any response from them.
· It is highly expected that an event conducted by your brand exhibits transparency and genuinity. This event lacked them both and was utter waste of my time. I am not the only one with complaints some of the other participants also faced similar issues. I have enclosed their contact numbers along with this mail for your reference. Prior to this event I had good faith in Mahindra. I was shocked to get such bad response from your side. It has shaken my faith in Mahindra. Please look in to this matter and do take care such incidents do not occur in future.
