I have given my XUV500 (KA 50 P 0849) to your Mahindra's authorized service centre in Kottayam, Kerala (The body shop in TVS, Thellakom, Kottayam, Kerala)almost a month back with a minor accident. I requested them to get my vehicle ready ASAP as both my father and mother are in hospitals. Please note that none of the service engineers have not even contacted me with any status update, so far even after multiple followups. They have never picked my calls as well.
