IRCTC Railways - Luggage Missing - Please help to recover

I Missed my luggage in train 11013 on Friday 12 September. i was in Coach S2 60. 4 people were sleeping under the seats in S2. they came along with Mr.Krishnan in S2 71. wHILE LEAVING THEY TOOK MY LUGGAGE ALSO. Please help me to recover my luggage
