Arowana Consulting is not good in its Policies towards its employees. It is always generating a lot of work pressure for them .They are just paying a average salary and expects its employees to deliver far more what they are giving actually.This is really not done. The management should take care of employee satisfaction also. I would not recommend any of my friends to go for this organization.
