On Sunday 20th June,10 I was boarding from Borivli in Suryanagri Express in S11 Seat No LB17 MB21 when train left i informed my neighbours that my son in law health not good they take to hospital , i was so upset but traint stopage are Borivli to Surat, between Nallasopara and virar i pulled down chain after i requested to TC and handover the Ticket , he help me when i reach near virar a Grp is waiting for me , he talk politely as per Grp requirement i lodged all details, than He said that Railway is yours, you can go , if my officer call you can u come or no necessary,
at that time I am very happy, and lot of thanks to Western Railway also highly obliged. Purohit ********50
