Respected sir,

I boarded bus no 291D from dassarhalli on thursday i e 6 th of october 2016 morning between 8:30 am to 8:40 while getting down in veerannapalya i noticed that my mobile phone was missing, (karbonn k88 IMEI no 911432955754820 sim card is TATA DO COMO NUMBER 8904274377 kindly i request you that i need the lost sim card, i went to docomo customer care office in RT nagar but i was shocked to see that the number was not in my name, but i had given my ID roof to the shop owner, i went and told the shop owner from where i purchased the sim card about the issue, but he is telling me that i have given to them your ID proof mostly while entering they (TATA DO COMO office) have made some mistake. so i went and told TATA DO COMO person about the same what the agent had told they are not listening, and they told me to bring the same ID PROOF how can i get another ID PROOF when i have given them my own ID PROOF, i am using this phone no 8904274377 for about 7 yrs so please help me to get back my same phone no 8904274377.
