I have lost my mobile (LGQ6) in Ola cab while travelling from Padmanabha Nagar to Microchip Technology (india) Pvt ltd. While getting down some how it has dropped in cab and after reaching in to my office i come to know that my phone is missing i called my cell no. switched off. then i took a cab driver from ola customer care and called the cab driver and enquired regarding my cell phone the driver told that he don't know. it is not in the cab.

I have booked an Ola cab on 25th december at 11:40pm approx.for going from nawapara newtown to sardarpara,kaikhali.. the cab no.was 5899.driver name was Mr.siddiqui.while getting out from the car,i left my cell phone in the car..now i am calling ln my phone but the driver was not recieving the call.i dont know the driver's number..i have two sim card on that phone.i want my phone back..as per Ola cabs security rules personal belongings of customer must b return if left in the cab..rply asap..

During the drive I kept my mobile on charging in that cab. But I forgot to take it back as I was in a hurry to meet my captain...
I tried calling driver as well as my number too. But he didn't attend my call and both mobiles were switched off after sometime.
On 23 Dec 2017 I called that number again...
After trying for sometime the cab driver attended my call saying that he is some other driver and they share the car for alternate days...

Please do me the needful by bringing my mobile back...
It contains a lot of important information useful for my job.

I need help in passing the message to the ola driver
I had used my ola account with phone number ********93 to book a trip on 15th November.
i forgot her iPhone 6s in the cab by mistake. Immediately after the trip I . He said he found the iPhone and had it was safe with him.
The driver said he will try to contact me later in the evening on 16th. I have not been able to contact him since.
I don't want to file a Police FRI yet since the Driver seems Honest.
Please pass the message to the driver to contact me immediately and arrange to return my phone

Hi,

Yesterday i wanted to reach at kanjurmarg station on time for a meeting so i booked Ola auto from IIT market to destination as shown in attached screen shot but i got horrible experience when driver is on source location he said that madam,my phone is showing that your booking is cancelled and he went off rather on another side i cant see cancelled booking on app i told him the same and asked him should i book it again,because when i am tracking him i can clearly see that he passed from my location not even waited 1 min not even contacted me and when i called him he just denied to come,then i went for a meeting with frustrated mind and evidently i got late.
on another side Ola given me some coupon code which i applied already got wasted because i have not taken the ride but coupon is wasted,and when i told driver that i will complain against you in Ola so he just taken it causally and rudely answered me because they don't think that passengers time and money is important this things happened with me twice,thrice but i never complained,sometimes auto drivers not taking booking, sometimes they call us and told that madam please cancel the booking from your side because my phone is showing that your booking is cancelled and many more things to list,again today i got some coupon code which is 20 rs off on auto ride,where as i already have some off TAKE25(rs 25 off on auto ride on next 4 auto ride) which to i have not even used, i mean what is wrong with you people,i never wrote such a lengthy mail to anybody but today you people made it possible.very disappointed from Ola service.
