Sub: Lost HDFC Credit Card Swiped by Fraud at Giordano, Just in Vogue, Sobo Central, Tardeo

Dear Sirs,

I, Chandanbala Jain Mehta went shopping with my husband, Mr. Ojas Mehta on Sunday evening at Sobo Central Shopping Mall at Tardeo. I last swiped for Rs.279/- for purchase of a Men's Singlet / Sandoz of Spalding brand at Planet Sports, 3rd Floor (Cashier Name : Manual Mathew) vide Transaction Id.40905819 and Invoice No.000437 through my HDFC Bank Credit Card No.************0516. I forgot my Credit Card at that spot around 8.06 p.m.

After reaching home, around 9.44 p.m, I received a sms stating that Rs.1295/- has been swiped in Mumbai at Giordano Fashion Indi on 01.07.2012 and was surprised and shocked. On receipt of the sms, I immediately called my HDFC Bank CC Helpline and got my Card BLOCKED and registered the last transaction as a DISPUTED transaction, the Transaction id of which was 049113.

The fraudster was succeeded in his transaction made on 9.44 p.m. i.e. clearly after the closing timings of the Sobo Central Mall, Tardeo which was 9.30 p.m., which clearly indicates that the fraudster was amongst the Future Group staff members only.

I request you to take strict action for recovery of my money lost on the disputed transaction and cancel the fraudulent transaction immediately which was carried out at the very reputed Future Group outlet and not allow the Merchant (Giordano Fashion Indi) to settle this fraudulent transaction.
