Vodafone Mumbai - Loss of INR 399 on internet pack recharges

Dear Team Vodafone

Today Morning I made a online transaction of INR 297 for 3G internet for 28 days.My amount was been debited for the same but the transaction didnt go through

Payment Details - VM-ICICIB

Dear Customer, You have made a Debit card purchase of INR 297.00 on 3 Aug. Info.IIN*I-Debit*vod.

Later I spoke to Mr Mayur Kailash Shinde (Customer care ) he informed the amount will be credited back to my account in 7 working days and there is no active internet package activated on my Vodafone Mobile number,if I wish to active the service I have to make an another recharge.

I tried once again it was the same thing were the amount of INR 102.00 was debited but then I never recieved the Transaction details.
