I have booked Rakhi ( for Rakshbandhan , auspicious festival ) to my brother vide docket number RKT6329116 dated 01/08/2017 . The Consignment was to be delivered to Shri Mukul Garg at his residence at 904 Snow flama Dosti flamingo sewri Mumbai 400015.

At the time of delivery , cover found completely damaged . Out of 3 Rakhi's , only 1 Rakhi was found. Two Rakhi's have been stolen . It has been done deliberately and happened due to negligence and absence of supervision by professional courier . The images of cover is attached for your reference .

The Professional Courier owe to pay compensation not only for Rakhi's ( lost in transit ) but for loss of faith .

I had done in total 9 couriers with Professional courier at a time. The Rakhi to be delivered to my brother, Vishal Garg at Ghaziabad vide docket number RKT6329114 is not delivered on account of "No Service Area". There is a service area in Ghaziabad. This is highly unprofessional on account of your company. Now my brother will be devoid of Rakhi due to carelessness from your part. Screenshot of the same is attached herewith. You are kindly requested to compensate for the mental agony given to me by your company.

I am hereby giving you notice of 15 days to settle my grievance by paying suitable compensation for the deficiency in service, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court for protection under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
