Myself Senthil from Chennai. I am using IFB washing machine for the last 5 years, I am totally disappointed with the customer service for the recent years.
Last November we raised a complaint for leakage of water. They fixed it and after a week drum got damaged and they said it will take a month to replace. They replaced the drum as well and it is still leaking the water. They are trying to visit my house to replace the damaged tube for the last 15 days to stop the leakage. It looks they forgot our complaint. When we keep calling them they say their system has some networking issue and unable to retrieve the details of the complaint. After extending the AMC by paying around Rs.2800 in November it never worked and we had to spend extra amount to wash our cloths outside.
After 3,4 continuous follow ups, the complaint is still open and no one is visiting to fix the same. I request you to please address this if possible.
