I mailed them several times to the regional head and branch head but n response from their side. This kind of callous attitude from the higher management also is not agreed as I sent mail on Friday and till now i have not received any response from anyone. If there is no help then I will go to Consumer Rights.


With utmost displeasure towards the worst services provided by LIC of India I want to show my grave concern that I have not rceived my SUM of 50000 from the LIC of India since 14 MONTHS i.e. 1 Jan 2013.
My policy number is 313179115 from Banda branch which is running since 2008 and as it is a pay back policy I had to receive certain amount of money due i.e 50000. Since 14 months I did not receive the money which is again a loss incurred by me. When I talk to the agent they say that ypur money is on the way and will reach by this due date and till now the money is not recieved.
My family has seven policies by their side and customer dissatisfaction leads to discontinuation of the service and now I am seriously thinking about it .

Please take this complaint seriously for God's sake and please refund my sum of 50000+ (interest) .
