Dear Sir,
Please be advised that my LG TV - "Scarlet" - developed a fault where the inverter developed a short circuit and there was
some sparking when my three year old toddler was in the room. This incident happened on the 30th of September, 2015.
I called LG customer care and lodged a ticket on the 1st of October, 2015. On 2nd October, the engineer came and informed me about the inverter getting short circuited. He informed me that he did not have the information on whether one gets a stand alone inverter, or if the inverter in this particular model is available or whether it comes attached to the screen
Since he did not know the cost estimate of the same, I requested him about Phoning and telling me the cost estimate of replacing the part.
It has been 15 days now that I have been chasing LG for an answer, but have received no response from them
Your area manager does not pick up the telephone.
Would appreciate if you could please let me know.
I have been a loyal customer of LG, with my washing machine, televisions, microwave and fridge being of the LG brand. I have been impressed by its engineering, and its after sales service. I have faced literally no issues with its product ......However I have been hugely disappointed by the response from the LG team for this
If you could as a special case resolve the same ...i would be eternally grateful.
