Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that my Name is Mr. Sethpal S/O Sh. Sobha Chand Residence of House No. 577/F-3, Tapkeshwar Colony, Garhi Cantt. Dehradun (UK) and I have opened a R.D Account at PNB, Arhat Bazar, Dehradun (UK) on 27 Dec 2010 for a sum of Rs 2680/- per month. Installments were deducted from my saving bank account No. 0110000400297354 in the same branch. On 21 Dec 2015 , I received a SMS from Bank customer service that" my R D Account is being matured and maturity amount Rs. 200597.00 will be paid to you. You have to report to your concerned branch. " I reported to my PNB Branch office and put up my R D Account Pass Book on 28 Dec 2015. The Representative of PNB Bank closed my R.D Account and credited a sum of Rs. 1,93,512/- into my saving account No . 0110000400297354 on 28 Dec 2015. When I received a SMS through bank I was surprised to read it as Rs 1,93,512 /- was credited into my saving account instead of Rs. 200597/- . A sum of Rs 7085/- was less credited. I have paid 60 Installments, and my R D Account No is 78654 at PNB Aarhat Bazar, Dehradun (UK) . My Pass Book is deposited with Branch of PNB at Dehradun. When I reported to Concerned Branch Manager, they re-checked my pass book and my saving account details and found that there is a variation of Rs. 7085/- which was less credited. 60 Installments have been debited from my saving account and credited into my R D Account . I have put up an application to the Manager, PNB , Aarhat Bazar, Dehradun on 02 Jan 2016 and they told me that it is the mistake of System only. But if it is the mistake of their system than why should I suffer for Rs. 7085/-
