ANYONE MARKED ON THIS EMAIL KNOWS WHAT DOES CUSTOMER SUPPORT / CUSTOMER SERVICE MEAN ??

I THOUGHT I HAVE MARKED TOP MANAGEMENT IN THE LENOVO TABLET TEAM BUT AS USUAL NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE TO EVEN REPLY TO THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS EVEN AFTER LENOVO SITTING ON CUSTOMERS MONEY FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.

AFTER 43 DAYS CAN I KNOW WHEN I WILL GET MY TABLET LCD AND MY MONEY BACK OR SHOULD I GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND LOCAL POWAI POLICE STATION AND LAUNCH A COMPLAINT AGAINST LENOVO SERVICE CENTER.

THANKS FOR PROVING THAT I BOUGHT A CHOR COMPANY PRODUCT AND ALL MARKED IN THIS MAIL ARE CHOR.....

Hello Lenovo Team (CHOR COMPANY),

I made Tab LCD payment on 14th May 2015 of 3496/- to Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd through NEFT. But till date there is no status of when the part is coming. There is no response from Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd or Deepak (Tablet Team) who is still researching on the issue. May I know whats happening with Lenovo whos tag line is "We do what we say. We own what we do.". I don't understand where to escalate now. I don't understand Mr. Sushil is the manager for Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd as he is not ready to listen to customer complaints and bluntly replies that I don't when the part is coming whereas the matter of the fact is that Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd accounts department had not released the payment to the Tablet part team till the 19-06-15 i.e. after the almost 36 days of receiving the payment from the customer and blaming the part team that they are not giving status when the part is coming. BOSS I NEED THE PART ASAP AND ALSO THE REFUND OF THE MONEY. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL YOU DON'T RELEASE THE PAYMENT (WHICH YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF) THE CUSTOMER IS FOLLOWING UP THE PART TEAM THAN WHY YOU NEED A SERVICE CENTER MANAGER WHO IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT AWARE OF WHATS HAPPENING IN HIS DEPARTMENT AND ONLY SPREADS A WRONG IMAGE FOR THE LENOVO AS A BRAND. I'M NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCT IN THE FUTURE OR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANY OF MY CONTACTS, BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALSO SPREAD HOW CHEAP AND UNPROFESSIONAL LENOVO IS ON ALL FACEBOOK, TWITTER BLOGS, EVERYWHERE. I'M FOLLOWING UP FOR MY PART FROM 14-05-15 FROM Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd TO THE PART TEAM BUT TILL DATE NO STATUS OF MY LCD. SHAME ON YOU LENOVO FOR SITTING ON MY MONEY AND ACTING CHEAP AND PROFESSIONAL. REQUEST MY PART ASAP AND REFUND OF MY MONEY IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.
