I HAD A RELIANCE POST PAID CONNECTION (NO. ********03)AND IT WAS IN UNUSED CONDITION FOR A LONG TIME. TODAY A CALL WAS COMING FROM +********3263 AT ABOUT 11 AM A LADY NAMED SIBANI GUPTA (AS PER THEIR INFORMATION) TAKED WITH ME AND INFORM ME THAT I HAD A DUE BILL OF RS. 1805/- AND ASKED TO PAY IT. IT WAS A FIRST CALL FROM RELIANCE COMPANY ABOUT THE DUE BILL. THAT TIME I WAS IN AN URGENT MEETING AND SAID TO THE LADY THAT AFTER GETTING FREE I WILL SEE THE MATTER AND SETTLED IT.AND AT 1:16 PM THAT LADY AGAIN CALL ME AND TAKED WITH ME VERY BADLY .SAID " APP GHATIYA INSAAN HAI" " AAP JHUT BOL RAHE HAI" 'AAP KE AGAINST ME LEGAL ACTION LUNGI APP KE UPAR RS. 11,000/- KA PENALY LAGEGA" "AAP FALTU ADMI HAI" THAT TIME I WAS ALSO IN THAT METTING. AND VERY POLIATLY TELL THAT LADY THAT "MAM KUJHE KUCH TIME DIJIYE ME BUSY HU, MAI THORI FER ME ISSUE KO DEKH TA HU". AFTER THAT THE LADY CALLME FROM ANOTHER NO.********79
AND TAKED IN THE SAME MANNER. AGAIN A CALL WAS COMING FROM THE NO AND TAKING VERY BADLY, BY THAT TIME I CALL THE BILL COLLECTOR FROM RELIANCE BILL COLLECTION AGENCY AND TELL HIM TO COLLECT THE DUE AMOUNT FROM MY OFFICE. BUT WHEN I TOLD THAT LADY THAT I HAD CALL THE BILL COLLECTOR TO COLLECT THE AMOUNT THE LADY SAID " AAP KO JHUT BOL RAHE HAI" " AAP KO TOH MAR PAR NI CHAHIYE" ETC... ETC.....
AFTER HEARING ALL THE INSULTING WORD FROM A LADY I TOLD THE BILL COLLECTOR NOT TO COME MY OFFICE. AND I WANT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THAT LADY AS WELL AS THE COMPANY ALSO.I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM TO PAY THE DUE BILL AMOUNT...BUT THE LADY USE SUCH AN INSULTING WORDS FOR ME, IT REALY HEARTS ME. HOW CAN EMPLOYEE OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION CAN TAKED IN THIS WAY.
BEING AN INDIAN CITIZEN I REQUEST TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS INCIDENT.
