I am a resident opf khar west and travel via rail.It has been observed that the station is badly kept and there is no attention paid on hygiene, cleaniliness etc. As sson as you enter the station the beggars are sitting around the tkt counter and eating and sleeping there.Thereafter hawkers are inside the premises.when u enter the station there are some more people sleeping on the benches and on the platofrm and spitting there.Today i had a major fight with one group for the same.

I am thankful to other commuters who supported me in my fight with them.

Immediate action should be taken on the same and also on the station master who i have complained many times.There so much congestion around the station that it is impossible to get inside.
