Kent RO Systems - Kent RO- Refuse to issue warranty card despite having bill from 4 months ago

Despite talking to their customer care and several emails from my end, I have got no response or solution. I bought the Kent RO grand in may and got it installed then. As I wasn't present at time of installation, I never received the warranty card. Despite several attempts from my side to request for one, they refuse to issue one to me and are charging me for expensive part replacement when the product is under warranty and they themselves have agreed it is under warranty as per installation date. I have the bill (attached) but they don't acknowledge it. They have been of no help to tell me how I can get a warranty card made for future. Complaint number is 171004-08328. It took me over a month just to get someone to visit from their servicing team and upon visiting was handed a long bill. Really disgusting service. Please do yourself a favour and not buy this brand
