To whomsoever it may concern,

Indian Oil Kavya Petrol Park, Whitefield,Doddanekundi Bangalore is cheating the customers. I asked to fill the petrol for Rs.500 using my citibank card. He filled the petrol of Rs. 100/- and stopped. I told him again that I asked for Rs.500 , by that time the third guy has diverted my attention by asking something about the card and in a time span of 2 seconds the meter started showing 2 ltrs already filled, I later realized that he did not put the counter to zero.I could easily make out from my fuel meter that it was not worth Rs.500. I don't know how far this complaint will be helpful, but I thought I should complain it here. I am ready to be part of sting operation to expose them and penalize them.

Regards,
Iranna Wali

I paid 1500 rupees for petrol, but it seems dispensing unit is filling less in measurement. Based on fuel gauge in my car, I must have got petrol 1000 rupees only. These guys (Kavya Petro Park - Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Whitefield) are cheating and providing less fuel.
In my case also, it seems credit card machines pin pad was not working and I had to try a couple of times - this might be their diversion tactics.

I was cheated the EXACT same way. Looks like this is their common mode of operation. A guy diverts the attention by asking some stupid questions about the card as if he saw a credit card for the first time. Normally you would ask back whether cards are not accepted or cash is required or something. By this time the filling guy would have stopped and reset the meter to fill another customer. I had filled for a 1000 and didn't even get a 200 worth of petrol.
