This is mrunal from pune. I purchased a karbonn titanium octane plus 6 months back and it has been giving charging problems since the past 4 months. I have given my phone in the authorized service centre of pune- shri sai telecom and laptops. It's imei no.- ********0370837 n ********0370845. I call the customer care people everyday at 5. And everytime they say it will take 10 days more and ignoring my pleading requests. 3 people - mandeep nirmal and sagar of customer service have not spoken well to me and given fake commitment of calling within 24-72 hours but never called. It's been 3 months now. This irresponsible behavior of the company of not providing the required parts have caused a lot of trouble. Plaese solve my problem fast. It is the last warning or else the consumer court will take legal strict action against the company for their third class service and ignoring their customers. It will also be leaked out in the papers now. Last warning. I want a solution to thiis problem within 24 hours. Or else it will be taken seriously now.
I was give my mobile date:-27/05/2017 but phone can not repair... They will told me company can't repair your phone so we will give replace new phone but they can't give phone
