If you have received messages on two different mobile numbers from our official sender id, then you will be applicable for Rs.1000 redemption for each number. Although this will still be applicable only on your future purchases and not on the purchase already done.
As mentioned in the previous mail,you have to show the message in person at the time of purchase to redeem this gift voucher.We are not responsible if you have not received the SMS before your purchases.
We are an organisation and cannot have different rules and policies for everybody.
Taking about 'CUSTOMER Being the KING' , we are very much aware but that does not mean we can oblige to unwanted claims. We surely do not want to lose any customers but at the same time we have our own terms which we do not intend to break.

Firstly, we would like to bring to your notice that Rs 1000/- off is applicable on purchase of clothes worth Rs.5000 and above and not on every Rs.5000.So, as per your claims you would be entitled to redeem your free Gift Voucher worth Rs.1000 only and not Rs.4000.
Secondly, this offer is valid only if you show us the message in personal as we have sent the sms only to our select group of customers and it is not applicable for general walk-ins.
Lastly, we have found that you have activated DND facility on your mobile number and hence did not receive the message on 2nd Oct itself. Still , we did not want any of our customers to lose the benefit of this,so we sent that message again to those list of customers.
We do not have a discount policy, this is just a customer delight program for the dasara festival.We hope you understand this and if you want to redeem your gift voucher then you still have time upto 11th oct 2016.
We also request you to kindly deactivate DND from your number to receive sms on time.

DAS 1000 IS not applied and full amount was taken from us and this is Illegal. as its confimed that the offer is effective from 02 Oct till 11 Oct 2916, (As informed by Mr Vijay Agarwal, in response to my call at and 6-35 Pm .
as such we are entitled for Rs 2000/- each o 2 bills in all rs 4000/- which mwy be refunded to us or purchses worth Rs 4000/- be allowd now as pe DAS1000. messge.
Hence this demand notice .
Most immediate positive response from you .shall be appreciated to avoid un wanted reaction, as your action amounts to UN FAIR TRADE PRACTICE AS PER CONSUMER ACT 1986.
Not only Your reputation also goes down due to such actions and lose Loyal customer like us , We shall be constrained to highlight it in online INTERNATIONA;L CONSUMER FORUMS, & consumer courts if Immediate action as per notice is not forth coming in a day.
