Motorola India - its been over two months i am not getting any response against my phone defy xt

i bought this phone Motorola defy xt535 on 24 July 2012. imei number 3532********551 . the features of the phone say it is dust resistant, water resistant and shock resistant but within just two weeks of its use dust penetrated inside the screen. i contacted the lakshmi nagar service center many times but they just cleaned it and gave it back to me . it had sound problem too. the sound of the headset is too low. i went to the service center again at lajpat nagar( E 17 GROUND FLOOR LAJPAT NAGAR-2, CENTRAL MARKET, NEW DELHI-110024, TELEPHONE NUMBER- 01143058360) on 30 january 2013 because the lakshmi nagar service center got closed. for like the 10th time i visited the center gave them the details of sound and dust and told them that they are not able to repair it so i need a replacement. they kept the phone and asked me to wait as they said the phone will be sent to chennai. i waited for around one month and the service center called me to take the handset back claiming that the set is repaired and company didnt provide any replacement, when i checked the phone at the centre it had a little dust even in that safe environment and also the sound problem wasnt even fixed. i again told the service center that my problems are still there they said they have changed the touch panel and thats what company asked them to do. i didnt take my phone then and asked them to again send it back and i called the motorola care to tell them the same . motorola care people asked me to leave the phone with service center and wait for a response. i called them many times since then but they are just asking me to wait i asked for a higher authority number who can help me they gave me the number of Mr. Praveen Kumar regional manager ( ********36) but he has not even picked the call once . customer care support they put my call on hold and cut it . it is so frustrating that you buy something of your hard earned money and feels like you have got conned. it is irritating and feels like they are insulting you by not responding and all that inconvenience of going to the center and talking to people like that.
