Tata Motors - issues with service/parts

Dear Sir,
It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Mr. Deepak Kudva belongs to a small town near Mangalore.
I purchased TATA ZEST KA.19.ME.5722 as on 8th October 2014, wherein I got full satisfaction with its performance.
On 8.02.2015 my vehicle met with an accident. On 11th of Feb 2015 car has been kept for repair with your dealer in Mangalore M/s. AUTO MATRIX –MANGALORE. On 26th of same month Insurance Company has given the approval for repair of vehicle. But I regret to say that from 26th of Feb to till date my vehicle is not been touched. There is no progress in the work. The reason behind in the delay is floor and side wall of the vehicle has not been dispatched. Rest of the parts has been sent which of no use unless Auto Matrix receives the side wall and floor. They cannot start the work without these two. It is getting delay in-spite of several requests. It’s been 22 days now, and TATA MOTORS is not showing any interest. I am highly disappointed with the service you are providing to the customer.
Hope you understand my concern and also hope you will support me in this issue.
