Hello Sir/Madam,
With respect to my mobile number ********0, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had been using the number from 2006. This number was having the plan of Airtel-to-Airtel 50ps per minute & Aitrel-to-Any other 60ps per minute. But from 1st Feb 2011, I am been charged three times the plan rates. I had called up your customer complaint number 198 many times with respect to the same.
Below are the compalint number with due date & time :

The call made on 11th Feb gave me a confirmation that my number will be
reinstated with my old plan by 15th Feb 2011 12:00 PM. But till now it has not
been done.
To add to this the agents taking my calls have started disconnecting my calls
immediately once I give my mobile number. I had spoken to Mr Kiran, Nodal Officer in this regard & am sending this mail with respect to the same.
Please expedite & escalate this issue & get it resolved at the earliest to
ensure that I continue my patronage with Airtel.
No I have been confirmed that this plan was changed from 1st Jan 2011, but to my utmost surprise I never got the message or intimation regarding the same. I have planned of moving to other service provider.
