I had booked a letter by speedpost on 1 March 2014 from Anandvihar Delhi East post office for Amit Jain- Patna. The same not delievered for 12 days till it was personally collected. During these 12 days, I contacted EMS and Speedpost thru emails ( phone calls were never picked up), and everytime I got very vague reply - asking me to keep waiting for its delivery. We have to go thru mental agony, lost precious time and also phone calls costs between Patna and Delhi. NEVER EVER USE IRRESPONSIBLE SPEEDPOST. All details can be provided
