Dear Sir,

I have purchased Pureit Water purifier Marvella RO from Vasanth & Co Trichy, Fort station Road Trichy. Tamilnadu. The component was purchased in the in month of October, 2012, and under warranty free maintenance.

For the last four days the instrument is not working and not supplying water.

I have lodged an complaint on 8th of July, 2013, with the customer care. The customer case executive informed me that the default will be rectified within 48 hours. So far no one turned up from the local service centre.

Again I lodged an complaint today i.e. on 10th of July, 2013 with the customer care again they are informing me like weather report news "your complaint will be attended within 48 hours from the time of lodging complaint". It is further learnt there is no entry regarding complaint lodged on 8th of July, 2013.

The local irresponsible service center neither having sufficient manpower nor responding the consumer mannerly and bunking over there.

My guests from US and Oman are arriving today and will become proud of the Leading Company Product. I am unable to offer potable water in spite of having a purifier of a branded Company.

I request the concerned authority to look into the matter personally and educate the service center staffs to serve the consumers mannerly without manipulating them.

It is not a mixer or grinder to get serviced by local mechanics.
