It is common practice of any distributor rendering services for government product among common public. Problem is arising enormously in delivering LPG refill. In December 2012 I booked for LPG refill. After a week I received an SMS that your booking has cancelled. I reached the distributor, and I was asked to re-book the refill. After three days I got an SMS your refill has been delivered but no delivery reached me. Then I made a complaint to Toll Free No. 1********55. My complain was registered and delivery was made just next day. Further I booked for refill on 29/01/2013 and the delivery could not be made as yet. I tried to register complain on the Toll Free No. on 02/02/2013, but I was asked to wait till 03/02/2013 and after that my complaint could be registered.
I am only six month old consumer for this distributor and I am in possession of single cylinder. My 2nd cylinder was booked on 23/10/2012 and the officials of the distributor told me that he could receive the 2nd cylinder in November 2011. I contacted the agency in December 2012 for 2nd rcylinder and there I was asked that the agency would send a letter regarding the same at my home and when I would appear in the Agency with the letter only then I could receive my 2nd cylinder. No letter regarding the same was sent to me by the agency as yet. One cylinder creates a lot of problem. I am compelled to purchase LPG @Rs 110/- per Kg in a small cylinder. In market LPG is always available in huge amount @Rs 110/- per Kg. The shops of LPG retailers are supplied then and there now a days @Rs 1250/- per domestic cylinder by the distributors, but genuine consumers are being harrasssed and compelled to purchase the LPG in black. LPG is essential domestic material for each and every people who are not availing PNG facility. The distributor who is unable to manage proper distribution, he has not right to continue his agency. Although IT technology is growing abundantly and the gas agencies are losing their black marketing rapidly, but majority of the public are unable to get benefit from advanced IT technology which are being implemented by the government to protect the consumers' right. I was also not interested to waste my time in such complaints, but when I started facing the same problem time and again, I had to take such step.

I am a customer of sai sewa enterprises. I got received expired cylinder with date of C -23.i told to deliver boy.but he didn't change my cylinder.
