IRCTC on line ticket booking is not working or very slow working since new buget in which tatkal software banned by IRCTC ,but in other way they hangged IRCTC site to make profit DALAL and travel agents.

IRCTC on line ticket booking is not working or very slow.. during none peak time also. Whereas one can book a ticket using makemytrip at the same time... I hope situation will improve...
