IRCTC Indian Railways - IRCTC failed transactions

Sir,

My name is Sreekanth G Pai. I have booked 6 tickets through irctc online booking on 30-1-2011 for a journey from MAJN to ERS on 24-4-2011. I used SBI bank associates card (SBT Debit card) for making payment. A total of Rs 1080 was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed due to some issue with the connection. The reservation status is shown as not booked but the amount has been deducted from my account. When can i expect to get the refund ? Please help.
