This is to inform you that i booked Iphone 5S Gold on 17 th october, 2013 with your authorised reseller M/s Mega Computers, The Great India Place mall, Noida (INDIA)with a promise to deliver the same to me on launch that is 2nd November, 2013.

Inspite of reminding so many times I am still waiting. Earlier they were insisting that I should take 64 GB model and now 32 GB model or a different coloured model in 16 GB which I have denied.

My point of objection is that when 16GB gold model was not available instock or to be launched at some later date why an organisation of your repute have allowed your reseller to book the same.

This can't be taken as fair business practice of the reputation of APPLE.

Looking into the matter I request you to please arrange the 5S gold 16 GB model at the earliest.
