I have purchased a DishTV connection on 01.04.2011.
I have called them so many times but till today 09.04.11 nobody has come for installation.
They have a wonderful customer support team who happily give you complaint numbers every single time you call and then happily disconnect. Every time I call ,they ask me for my complaint number which is contantly changing.
I dont know how DishTV has so many subscribers when they can't even service an installation. All I can imagine is that their customer service after installation must be more pathetic.
