Cadbury India - Inside packing papers were absent

Today, I have purchased a cadbury dairy milk chocolate but there is no packing paper(white and golden paper).Still I have the same chocolate with me as an evidence.As I am an advocate, I know I can sue the cadbury in the un-packaging case. Time back, there was a case of worms inside the cadbury chocolate, after that case cadbury was doing the double layer packing,but still there is no improvement.How the cadbury would like to take this issue or else I will sue???...
