INOX MOVIES - INOX ONLINE BOOKING - BOOKING ERROR - REFUND

GOOD DAY

I had used the site to book 2 tickets on Fri May 28, 2010 for
Shrek 4 at INOX McGrath road, bangalore ,

remittance id VIN/M/s. Inox L/20100528120755/0
VIN/M/s. Inox L/20100528120418/0
ttl amt = 570+570 =Rs.1140

after the remittance was made I gt an error msg and A while later the below attached mail:

Dear Guest,

You experienced our online booking system to book ticket(s) at INOX. Unfortunately as the process could not be completed, you did not get the confirmation of ticket(s), though your credit/ debit card has been charged. Do accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

Please note that we at INOX, have initiated the refund process and the same would be completed within 10 (ten) working days. This refund would subsequently reflect in your next credit/ debit card statement depending upon the billing cycle.

Do write in to us, if this does not happen and meanwhile we urge you to continue using our online booking system as we value your patronage.

After some time I tried the same thing again which resulted in rcvg the same email again.

It has been well past 10 working days, and I would appreciate if
You could advise on when the refund would be effected.

On the site in the FAQ section they advise:

Why do I have to pay extra to book tickets through the website? A nominal fee is added to your transaction to help us provide you with the convenience of booking tickets without having to come to the cinema. INOX incurs considerable expenditure in provisioning this service and the fee is collected to ensure the service remains reliable at all times. This is a standard industry practice///////////////////

they charge for this service promise to remit the refund amt within 10 days. but theres no sign of anything bieng done yet
also a courtesy mail or atleast anb acknowledgement of my numerous emails to them would be appreciated.

but bieng in this line with a number of competitors up against them, this is a bold strike against their service.

would appreciate all the support to get my refund back.

I have booked 5 tickets for man of steel on we'd at 7:00 my credit card has been charged while my tickets have not been booked...please issue a refund as soon as possible
