I wonder if the complains registered on this site are genuinely checked by anybody.As when I tried registering complaint on

there was no response.

I had been to inox goa on 17.08.2013 for the last show at 10.45 pm.my cell got lost at screen no.1.
I conveyed my complain to Inox security manager the very next day.But she refused to take any action in turn saying that you must go back and check at home.
Neither did the manager question the cleaning staff nor she shared the contact details with me.The cell was a 15,000 HTC desire X model but the manager behaved as it didn't mean of any worth.

I would like to ask RTI for the duty of INOX security manager.

I lodged the police complaint on 18.08.2013 and gave them the missing phone IMEI code.

After all the efforts I made and followed up with the cops , I managed to get back my cell on 21.08.2013 i.e 4 days after the cell went missing.The culprit caught was an Inox staff Rajesh Bihari , who skipped work after he had nabbed the cell.

The culprit managed to misuse the cell by removing photos/videos of his own family.More over he did not return back the SIM and memory card.
When I had gone to complain to Inox security manager, to ask to question the cleaning staff about the cell she completely confided in her staff and did not bother to entertain my complain.

Was it wrong to ask for a bit of co-operation from Inox staff.

Now its the sole responsibility of Inox to pay me back the compensation for the lost SIM, memory card and all the 4 days of headache and hassles I have been through.

If Inox is truly a listed company in the market will definitely seek some action over my comment.Else I will not fail to forward this matter to consumer court and the media.
