I had bought 5 bags from shopclues but within 15 days all bags strips are open due inferior quality of product now shopclues refuse to retrun/refund the payment.

I think you are not understand the issue from shopclue i had bought 5 (4+1) travel bags at the cost of 999 out of 5 one bag found damaged condition at the time of delivery now other bags strip also open & its show the quality of product was inferior & now i want to replace all bags please understand & suggest.

As the refund for the order 3115518 has already been with Rs.200 initiated on 29/05/13, it will take maximum 2 weeks to credit the amount into your account/card through which you paid and if the amount is not credited back into your account/card through which you paid, kindly update us the screenshot of the statement from 29/05/13 to till date, so that we can cross check with the payment gateway and resolve the matter.
