Kent RO Systems - INFERIOR PRODUCT QUALITY AND PATHETIC SERVICE

It is really sad to expect the quality and the service network for kent Grand RO systems,
they want to sell spares in no time and make money on it thru their abusive out sourced service networks,
If filters do not work for one year of installation of systems in mumbai city which gets best water in TDS in india,it is not going to
work across india,and on top of it their uneducated goons in the service section is an horrible experience for families..

My advice not to buy this inefficient expensive product of kent ,My experience is really bad with thier quality of spares

I had purchased a Kent Grand plus water purifier online (machine number KR130822914) on 29/10/2013, and had got it installed on 4/11/2013 by the local Kent service provider Harinidhi Enterprises, Wilson garden, Bangalore (phone: ********88/ ********88).

The water purifier has since got majorly spoilt THRICE... the first time the UV filter "burned out" (within 3 months!!) and had to be replaced. The second time, the "board" was detected to be faulty (apparently, according to the service guy, many models in this particular batch last year had this issue) and had to be replaced. Now, the water level is not being controlled automatically, and the damn thing leaks after overfilling. Three major problems within 4 months of purchase!!

If this product can develop so many defects within 4 months of purchase, there must be something badly wrong with it.
I SEEK A REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT FROM THE COMPANY, or a RETURN AND FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

With regard to your services....Your service provider mentioned above is pathetic, to say the least. Calls are never answered promptly (by one Nalini who is totally inefficient and rude), and we are made to wait for days (once it took a whole long week for someone to turn up).

Hopefully, the Kent guys will redress this issue. Else, I'll have to resort to the consumer court forum of India.
