Myself Nagarjuna, I Had booked a Flat in Indya Estates/Sachaya Land & Estate PVT LTD,

What I see is that we are all facing the same issue with the company name called Indya estate, they should have given the possession by Dec 2014 and still I hardly see any possession to be given by this Jun'2016

I Have investing our hard earned money and these people are not utilizing it the current project.

Also there is no talks about the Pre-EMI interest amount which should have been given by the builder. Now they have come up with some more complex thing like send the consent letter for disbursement and we will pay your PRE-EMI amount. They are not giving the Possession nor PRE-EMI

There is a concern person called Mr. Narashima Murthy mobile number ********63, every time when i speak about Pre-Emi he will say 1Hrs or 1day or 2Days or 3Days or 4Days but that will not happen. Some time he said RTGS is done after 6Pm it will reach me by morning but this was said to me almost 1 week back still i haven't received amount to my account.

This person will tell me IMPS transfer but again it will not reach us for ever.

I feel hard earned money is gone waste as i am not getting the prossession or Pre-Emi which was promised which is pending from Past 1Yrs 6Months.
