On 18 Feb My son Amit Jain took GoAir from Delhi to Patna and paid for 5 kg extra luggage. The same luggage showed 15 kg extra by INDIGO at Patna Airport on 14 March by 6E 493. CLEARLY INDIGO IS FLEECING ITS CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF EXTRA LUGGAGE , AT LEAST AT PATNA AIRPORT. BEWARE OF INDIGO

Indigo are cheaters and looters. Crew at Delhi airport is rude, arrogant and non cooperative. Utter mismanagement, flight delays, cancellation and not informing customers. I have 3 complaints pending over the last 1 week. Nobody is bothered to respond. The only way now is consumer court and writing to PMO refressal cell. Crappy,useless and disgusting service. Not fit to be in hospitality services. These are goons and looters in nice uniforms.
