Please stop fooling the customers.
I have registered in Indigo website yesterday ( My biggest mistake) , I
saw an offer of Rs. 899 voucher and paid 99 rs for instant voucher
which I have not received yet despite of calling customer care at
least 5-7 times a day and sending mails , every time I heard new stories and no solutions.
while I was booking yesterday air fare from Delhi to Udaipur was 1700
rs and now air fare is INR 2200 rs even if I get the voucher and get a
discount of 350 rs ; then Im a fool to wait for voucher to pay for
voucher and to waste my time and money in calling customer care .Its not about money it is about commitments.
Also yesterday when I enquired that can I hold my ticket I was clearly
denied by the customer care " wrong commitment "
Im definitely going to delete my account and will try never to use Indigo

Very Similar Experience with INDIGO
Had Very Good opinion about this Indigo.
My money of Rs.99/- deducted from my SB account, with a note from Indigo site showing as below
'You will get details of Vouchers for Rs.899/- to your Email" BUT NONE though it is more than 2hrs 30mins.
I am wondering what has happened to INDIGO Admin. Either they should call back the customer OR communicate through customer Email.
It is UNLAWFUL TRADE PRACTICE. Let us wait for a day; If No response comes through, Consumer Court is the Right Place with putting in Twitter/Face Book to caution the Innocent Consumers trying for this INDIGO Instant Voucher scam.
