I ordered a kadahi on December 26, 2013 that was delivered on January 7, 2014, Order number was 3002923231.
But the size is just 1/3rd and weight is less than 1/3rd, and even the look is totally different.
I contacted persons of Indiatimes and did even send a snapshot of my mini product, but to no avail.
No body responds for return or replacement of order either via phone or mail.
LATE DELIVERY, FAULTY PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Complainant's Goal: To have full value back for my loss of time, money, and patience
