India one - Indiaoneatm.com wrongly extracted money for atm installation

Dear Sir /Madam,
It is regarding www.indiaoneatm.com which has wrongly extracted money from me for ATM installation through their website. They operate with two person Amit Mishra ********74 (Says from India one ATM) and Agarwal ********43 (Says from Axis Bank) both operate from Delhi.
The are pure cheats as they need to be brought to justice as other people hard earned money is at steak. Please help me in this regard.
Complainant's Goal: Bring cheats to justice.

as per their demand ( mail & phone) i have deposited 14500/-only to their account no -15********62 ifsc code-INDB0000030 ( INDIAONEATM).
But did not come to my place to set up for atm. after that they again demanded money amounting 2175/- then i fumbled & consulted my friends & well wishers. as per their advice i stopped further payment & i wrote a letter to refund my money, now they are not interested. giving me dates by dates
Therefore i request you earnestly to take steps so that i can get back refund my hard earned money.
